10 Tips for Building & Maintaining Energy

   
This week on HealthCentral, I'm looking in to the fatigue issue:

Be careful of some of the homeopathic meds. I got talked once into trying Noni juice. One teaspoon was enough to very nearly kill me, and no one with an autoimmune disease should go near it. The FDA has found that it induces autoimmune liver disease.

Sorry to be a downer, but better to know than not know.
